The National Board of Forensic Medicine is seeking an archivist with a focus on digitization (e-archivist) for the legal unit. The unit consists of a chief lawyer and twelve employees who work closely with operations and together drive the development work within the unit's areas of responsibility.
Your assignment
As an e-archivist, you will have operational responsibility for the authority's work with connection projects and deliveries to the e-archive as well as digital archive maintenance. In the role, we see that you are active in the authority's various development projects within the digitization area. Furthermore, you are a central requirement setter for adaptations and procurement of various digital tools and systems and are the project manager for certain projects. As an e-archivist, you may also have assignments within registration and more traditional archival work.
In the role of e-archivist, you will be part of the archive and registration function at the legal unit where you help steer case and document management through strategies, guidelines, and routines. The function maintains a network consisting of registrars and archive accountants.
Conducting internal training in archives and record-keeping is part of the work.
Qualifications
- University education in archive and information science with at least 60 credits or equivalent education at a higher level deemed equivalent by the employer
- Several years of experience as an archivist, e-archivist, IT archivist, or equivalent in the public sector
- Experience working with electronic document management and e-archives
Merits
- Documented experience in project management
- Documented experience with small and larger deliveries to e-archives
- University credits in systems science

You also have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
Employment
The employment is a permanent full-time position that begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date is according to agreement, the placement is in Stockholm. The authority's units are located in different locations in Sweden, so travel in the service occurs. Depending on the needs of the operations, there is the possibility to enter into a separate agreement for remote work for part of the working hours. The National Board of Forensic Medicine applies individual salary setting.
